We want you to love your Bolder Smile kit. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

Eligible

Unopened kits

· Returned within 30 days of delivery
· In their original sealed packaging
· In a resaleable condition

Not eligible

Opened kits

· For hygiene reasons, opened kits cannot be returned
· Used strips or sachets cannot be returned
· This does not affect your statutory rights

How to return an item

Email us at hello@mawlo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
We'll confirm the return is eligible and send you the return address and instructions.
Send the unopened kit back via a tracked service. Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort it out, including covering the return cost where applicable.

Subscriptions

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Subscription orders that have already shipped are subject to the standard returns policy above.
