Apply the strips
Place one strip on your upper teeth and one on your lower teeth, aligning with the gum line.

Wait 30 minutes
Relax. Read, scroll, dance. Avoid eating or drinking while the strips are on.

Remove and rinse
Peel the strips off and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.

Swish the mouthwash
Empty one sachet into your mouth and swish for 30 seconds, then spit it out.
